Questions and answers

Where exactly are you?
We have two locations in El Puerto de Santa María: Avenida de Sanlúcar 8, right in the town centre and on the road out to the beach areas, and Calle Cordeleros 4, in the El Palmar industrial estate, next to the El Paseo shopping centre.
What time can I get into my unit?
Whenever you like: access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The door opens from your own phone — no keys, and no need for anyone to be in the office.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Rates are monthly and there is no minimum term: you can cancel whenever you like by giving one month's notice.
How much does it cost?
From €40 a month, VAT included. The price depends on the size of the unit; you can see the price of every unit in the storage units section.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, one month’s rent. It is returned in full when the contract ends. It will only be used to repair the unit if any damage has been caused by misuse.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer and Bizum, between the 1st and the 5th of each month. All prices include VAT.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. They can be made out to a company or a freelancer, with Spanish income-tax withholding if you need it.
What can I not store?
Regulations do not allow fuels or flammable products, paints, compressed gases, fireworks, weapons or ammunition, hazardous chemicals, lithium batteries (electric bikes and scooters) or perishable food.
Can I store a motorbike or a bicycle?
Ordinary bicycles, without a battery, yes. Motorbikes and mopeds no, because of the petrol; and neither electric bikes nor scooters, because of the lithium battery risk.
Is it monitored?
The facilities have 24-hour CCTV, an alarm and state-of-the-art fire detection and extinguishing systems.
Can I park to load and unload?
Yes. There is a free loading and unloading area at the door, and trolleys to move your belongings inside.
